Carolina Business Leaders to Host Robert Palmer, CPA as Guest Speaker

FORT MILL, SC (November 29, 2007)—Business and community development group Carolina Business Leaders (CBL) will host Robert Palmer, CPA, of Robert Palmer and Associates, as guest speaker at their Wednesday, December 5 meeting, to be held at 7:45 a.m. at Ida Roselle’s restaurant at 235 Main Street in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Mr. Palmer’s 20-minute presentation will commence following the Carolina Business Leaders meeting scheduled for that time. He will be providing an update on changes in existing tax laws that will go into effect in 2008, as well as a preview of proposed new tax laws, and how they will affect area taxpayers and businesses.

Robert Palmer is a member of Carolina Business Leaders. He licensed CPA in both North and South Carolina, and is the only licensed CPA practicing in the Baxter area of Fort Mill. He is a native of Fort Mill, South Carolina, and a graduate of Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He has more than 12 years of experience in multi-million dollar corporate accounting and in small business consultation.
